RedBack Gym Equipment offers a 10-year structural (frame) warranty.  Exclusions from our warranty coverage include:

  • Vinyl and upholstery
  • Foam rollers
  • Products that are not used, installed or maintained in accordance with our written specifications, instructions and recommendations as published here on our website

We promise that the products supplied by RedBack Gym equipment will be fit for purpose during the applicable warranty period as subject to the terms and conditions specified here in our website


Returns & Exchanges

Returns are not allowed after the sale is finalised, and we do not offer a ‘change of mind’ refund.

In the unlikely event the equipment you receive is faulty or damaged, please contact RedBack Gym Equipment within 30 business days of purchase to arrange a repair or replacement product. Please Note: Suitable proof of purchase will be required to obtain a refund or replacement item.
